HOW TO USE

PLUM CAKE

  • MARGHERITA CAKE 1,000 Kg
  • Soft butter 0,450/0,500 Kg
  • Eggs 0,500 Kg

METHOD

Whip all the ingredients with a spatula for 2-3 min.
Pour into the moulds for¾ of their capacity.
Baked at 180°C for 40-45 min.
