To extend the shelf life we suggest to use ethanol and our mix “Against mold”

HOW TO USE

Knead normally

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes

Break and form into pieces about 60 g each

Cook (without steam) at 230° C for 15 minutes

Cheese pizza, savory croissant, buns, pan brioche, pancarrè, olive bread, gourmet Panettone.
