We are the custard creams’ “SPECIALISTS ”.

Our first production plant dedicated to fresh creams’ production was inaugurated in 1994 and now, after more than 25 years of experience, our hydrated cream’s catalogue counts more than 200 references: a wide range composed by standard and tailor made products designed for the food industries’ needs.

We supply the most important companies in Italy and abroad because our strenght is the ability to respond to specific customer requests

  • CREAMS FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS
Creams suitable to resist the stress of freezing process, able to meet the needs of industrial lines, maintaining a flavor typical of high quality pastry. Made with or without eggs, before of after baking use
  • CREAMS FOR PACKED PRODUCTS
Creams made for filling long shelf life products. Used as an alternative to jams or in enrichment to traditional products, they represent an excellent chance to easily differentiate your range
  • CREAMS FOR COUNTER PRODUCTS 
Medium-life creams made to fill counter pastry products  (3/4 days shelf life). Microbiological safety and their ease at use are the major features of these creams that can be used for both filling and baking
