HOW TO USE
- BURGER 10,000 Kg
- Water 4,500 Kg
- Yeast 0,450 Kg
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
Break and form into pieces about 60 g each
Cook at 230° C for 15 minutes without steam
Cheese pizza, savory croissant, buns, pan brioche, pancarrè, olive bread, gourmet Panettone.
