YOGHI

Complete powder mix with yogurt to prepare paste colate, cakes in trays, sponge cake and muffin.

• It can be used both with butter or with oil
• Ensures prolonged freshness and great versatility
• Excellent resistance in freezing process

HOW TO USE

OIL BASE

  • YOGHI 1000 Kg
  • Whole Eggs 0,350 Kg
  • Water 0,150 Kg
  • Seed Oil 0,400 Kg

BUTTER BASE

  • YOGHI 1000 Kg
  • Whole Eggs 0,300 Kg
  • Butter or Margarine 0,400 Kg
  • Water 0,150 Kg

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a mixer for 1 minute at 1st speed and 5 minutes at 2nd speed.
Grease and flour the molds.
Pour the preparation into the molds and fill them ¾ of the way, garnish with fruit.
Bake 40 -55 minutes at 170°/180° C according to the size.
