PANIS FARREUS

Complete mix in powder for the preparation of spelt bread. The taste of this bread comes from the combination of spelt and potato flour.

HOW TO USE

  • PANIS FARREUS 10,000 Kg
  • Water5,900Kg
  • Yeast 0,400 Kg

METHOD

Knead the ingredients with a spiral mixer for 3 minutes at speed 1 and 9 minutes at speed 2.

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth

Shape into 300 g pieces, roll and press;

Let rise for 60 minutes on a covered cloth;

Cook at 220° C for 40 minutes with steam
