Complete powder mix to make bread rich in proteins (more than twice of the traditional breads) and low in carbohydrates (about a third of the usual breads). Designed for those who want to stay in shape, following a healthy and balanced diet without sacrificing the pleasure of bread.

HOW TO USE
- SLIM 10,000 Kg
- Water 8,300 Kg
- Yeast 0,300 Kg
Knead all the ingredients with a spiral kneader for 5 minutes at 1st speed and 8 minutes at 2nd ( ATTENTION, if kneaded for longer time, the bread could collapse).
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Divide it into 500g pieces and let the dough rest for another 20 minutes.
Form strands and place them in the molds for bauletto, moisten the surface and sprinkle abundantly with grains.
Let rise for 70 min. (30°C – 80% U.R.) or until doubling.
Bake for 40 min at 210°C.
Take out of the oven, wait until it cools down and then remove from the molds.
