HOW TO USE

  • PAN ZUCCA 10,000 Kg
  • Water5,o00 Kg
  • Butter 0,700 Kg
  • Yeast 0,500 Kg

METHOD

Knead with a spiral mixer for 8-10 minutes
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth
Break and form into 100g pieces
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes covered with a cloth
Press and mould
Let rise for 50 minutes (covered with a cloth)
Cook for about 20 minutes at 215°C with steam and valve closed.
