Concentrated powder mix for the preparation of baked specialities with whole grains.
According to the type of product, the percentage of use varies from 10% (ex. croissant) to 50% (ex. Bread).

METHOD

Knead normally
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
Break into 300 g pieces
Round off
Press and mould
Sprinkle with flour
Let rise for 60 minutes.
Cook for 30 minutes at 230°C with steam
