CRACKERINA

Semi-finished product in powder for the preparation of the classic version of the « crackerina »  with wheat bran, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and sesame.

• Complete mix : no need to add extra ingredients
• Ready to use : No need to knead. Place the mix on a baking tray, spray with water and bake.
• Yeast free
• Thanks to this mix you can prepare crackers high in fibres and proteins.

METHOD OF USE WITH GRID

Indications for a 60x40cm pan

• Line a tray with baking paper and sprinkle a light uniform layer of water (about 30-40 g)
• Place the preformed grid
• Cover with a layer of mix – about 600 g; use the scraper to even out the thickness
• Remove the grid
• Spray plenty of water (about 100 g) until the powder is wet throughout
• Bake for 25 min at 160°C in a static oven or 20 min at 155°C in a convection oven

METHOD OF USE WITHOUT GRID

Indications for a 60x40cm pan

• Line a tray with baking paper and sprinkle a light uniform layer of water (about 30-40 g)
• Cover with a layer of mix – about 600 g; use the scraper to even out the thickness (do not exceed 5 mm)
• Spray plenty of water (about 100 g) until the powder is wet throughout
• Bake for 10 min at 160°C
• Take the tray out of the oven, cut the crackers into the desired size
• Put the tray back in the oven and bake for another 15 min

VARIATIONS

SWEET CRACKERINA

Combine 400g of mix and 360g of inclusions as your taste (we suggest 150g of broken nuts, 150g of candied orange peel, 150g of chocolate chips) and proceed according to the indications provided.
