1. Make a layer of granola
2. Add a layer of Mascarpone cream and a small layer of berries coulis
3. Repeat above the previous steps till the glass is filled up
4. Decorate with berries

TIPS
Berries coulis: blend the strawberries and add 15% of powdered sugar and some drops of lemon juice (filter in case you want to remove the berries seeds.
