Ingredients
- Margherita Cake
- 1,000 Kg
- Soft Butter
- 0,450 Kg
- Whole Eggs
- 0,500 Kg
1. Whip all the ingredients with a spatula for 2/3 minutes
2. Pour into greased and floured molds
3. Bake at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes
VARIATIONS FOR THE MARBLE PLUMCAKE
- Take a small quantity from the plumcake dough and mix it with chocolate paste or cocoa powder
- Pour half of the white dough into the mold’s bottom
- Put the chocolate dough and cover it with the other white half
- With a fork’s tip move a little the chocolate dough by bringing it to the top
