Ingredients

Margherita Cake
1,000 kg
Whole Eggs
0,250 kg
Cocoa Powder
0,050 kg
Dark Chocolate Drops
0,300 - 0,400 kg

1. Knead the eggs, the mix and cocoa on low speed as long as it takes to mix the ingredients. Add dark chocolate drops
2. Form by hand stripes with a diameter of 3/ 4 cm and put them on the baking sheet
3. Brown with eggs and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes
4. Cut the stripes still warm in the cantuccio shape
5. Put them again the oven at 200°C to toast the cantucci for about 10 minutes
