Complete powder mix to prepare muffin and yogurt – baked cakes (Ciambelloni, Plum Cake, Tiles Cakes, Muffin ecc).

HOW TO USE
SLICED CAKES
- DOLCE SOFT 2 1000 g
- Water 500 g
- Seed oil 400 g
Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment for 3 minutes on speed 2.
Spread out onto a greased and floured baking sheet, garnish with fruit, and bake.
Bake at 170/180°C
Cooking time: 40 minutes for slices with fresh or canned fruit, 45 minutes for slices with frozen fruit.
