HOW TO USE
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
Break and form into pieces about 60 g each
Cook (without steam) at 230° C for 15 minutes
Cheese pizza, savory croissant, buns, pan brioche, pancarrè, olive bread, gourmet Panettone.
