Ingredients

POLENT CAKE
1,000 kg
Butter (or margarine):
0,600 kg
Weak flour
0,500 kg
Whole eggs
0,150 kg
Chocolate chips
0,250 kg

1. Knead the mix with all the ingredients – except chocolate chips – in planetary mixer with dough hook at low speed for 2-3 minutes (until the dough is well kneaded)
2. Add chocolate chips and mix for 1 minute at low speed
3. Put the dough on a well-floured table, cut into 20 g pieces to create dough balls. Place on baking tray with baking paper and flatten slightly.
4. Bake at 190°C for about 13 minutes.
