1. Knead the mix with all the ingredients – except chocolate chips – in planetary mixer with paddle for 5 minutes at low speed.
2. Add chocolate chips and knead for 1 minute at low speed
3. Pour into previously greased and floured cake pan, up to ¾ of the volume*.
4. Bake at 170°C for 50/60 minutes, depending on size
*In an 18 cm diameter cake pan, pour 600 g of dough and bake at 170°C for 50 minutes (last 10 mins with the open valve).
