Tiramisù
1000 g
Panettone or Pandoro
300 g
Coffèè, prosecco or rum
450 g
Decoration:
Cocoa powder, red currants, a mint leaf and meringues
Make a first layer using
Tiramisu cream
(about 35g)
Cut off 1 circle shaped piece of Pandoro or Panettone (7 cm in diameter about 3 cm high)
Most the circle shaped in coffee, prosecco or rum (diluted in water and sugar) and place in the glass
Fill the glass with another layer of
Tiramisu
(about 35g)
Decorate the top with cocoa powder and red currants.
