HOW TO USE
- MINI DONUT 1,000 Kg
- Water 0,600 Kg
METHOD
Pour the mix into the bowl, add the water slowly until a homogeneous solution is reached.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Put the solution in the machine hopper and fry at 190 °.
