ZABAJE

Preparation for Zabajone packed in piping bags and frozen. Suitable to prepare and offer a brand new dessert: Zabajè!

• With Fine Sicilian DOC Marsala and eggs from free-range hens.
• Quick and easy to prepare

HOW TO USE

• Zabajè:

  1. Stove: pour the contents of the piping bag into a small saucepan, heat over medium heat, stirring gently until it starts to boil (smooth, homogeneous consistency). Portion and cool down in the refrigerator for 3h or in the freezer for 40 min;
  2. Micro-waves oven: pour the contents of the piping bag into a bowl and heat in microwave: 2 min – max. power (900-950W). Stir and heat for 2 min more. Portion and cool: refrigerator 3h – freezer 40 min.

•  Hot Sabayon:

  1. Stove: pour the contents of the piping bag into a small saucepan, heat over medium heat, stirring gently until it starts to boil (smooth, homogeneous consistency). Portion and serve in individual verrines.
  2. Micro-waves oven: pour the contents of the piping bag into a bowl and heat in microwave: 2 min – max. power (900-950W). Stir and heat for 2 min more. Portion and serve in individual verrines.

Mousse: pour the contents of the piping bag into a siphon, seal with the cap, load the gas canister and dispense. NB For safety reasons, we recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions in detail.
