CREMA CARBONARA

Carbonara cream made with fresh egg yolk, packed in piping bag and frozen. Created to quickly prepare the traditional pasta, it’s also suitable for more creative versions.

• High quality ingredients: free range egg yolk, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano cheese
• Does not include guanciale: ideal for vegeterian or fish options

RECIPE

Fry in a pan the pancetta (or bacon or guanciale), meanwhile boil the pasta and drain it very “al dente”, finishing its cooking in the pan with the fried guanciale and adding the cream

WAY OF USE

Once defrosted, the creams is ready to use.

To defrost it, store the cream in the fridge for 6 hours.
