HOW TO USE
- BESCIAMELLA CONC 0,200 kg
- Water 1,000 kg
METHOD
Pour the liquid into a planetary.
Add the powder.
Mix it for 1 minute at low speed and for 4 minutes at high speed with a fine wire whisk.
Before using the cream stored in the fridge, mix it with the whisk.
