HOW TO USE
Before baking, evenly sprinkle the surface of the product to be shined with Er Brillo.
To decrease the volatility of products intended for freezing, we suggest sprinkling the mix on wet surfaces (or just out of the leavening chamber and/or with a small spray of steam or water).
