CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Preparation for Crème Brûlée, packaged in a piping bag and frozen. The most popular French dessert, masterfully prepared following the traditional recipe of a maître pâtissier.

• With vanilla Bourbon seeds, well visible and incorporated

 

METHOD OF USE

Once defrosted:

• Stove: pour into a saucepan and mixing it up till it starts to boil. Portion and let it get cold. Caramelize and if you prefer, flambé.
• Microwave: pour the preparation into a bowl and heat it up for 4min – max power (900-950W). Mix and warm it up for 3min, portion and cool: 3hrs in the fridge or 25min in the freezer.
