Sorrento’s Tiramisù
16/12 portions
Mascarpone 500g
Savoiardi             144 g            (18pz)
Water 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Lemon 1
Limoncello 100 g
Sliced almonds q.b
Decoration: lemon, Mascarpone, Mint leafs, brown sugar
Make a layer using Mascarpone cream
Syrup: boil water  with sugar and non treated lemon peel (optional). Let it cool down and add Limoncello.
Moist the Savoiardi Biscuits in the syrup and place them into the glass as second layer
Scatter sliced almonds on the top
Repeat these three steps again
Decorate with a slice of lemon, a curl of La Mascarpone cream, brown sugar and a mint leaf.
