Ingredients

Bagel with Sesame
Beef Carpaccio
100 g
Gorgonzola Cream
20 g
Grilled courgettes
20 g
Tender spinach leaves
20 g
Raisins and pine nuts
5 g

1. Cut the bagel in half.
2. Spread the Gorgonzola Cream on both halves of the bagel.
3. Stuff with the beef carpaccio, grilled courgettes and tender spinach leaves mixed with raisins and pine nuts.
