Brand ALPI Acquisition
We are proud to announce the acquisition of the historic Italian bakery brand Alpi
Guerra S.p.A. has recently acquired 100% of Nuova Alpi S.r.l., owner of the Alpi brand, active since more than 40 years in the Bakery market producing powder mixes for bakery and pastry products, and with a great specialization in “Added Fat Mixes”.
Through this operation, the Company will gain new knowledge and will continue the growth path undertaken in recent years.
