HOW TO USE

  • TOP SPAGNA 1000g
  • Eggs 750g
  • Water 80 g

METHOD

Whip all the ingredients in the food processor for 5/7 min at high speed
Pour into the moulds for¾ of their capacity
Baked:
• In mould at 180/190°C for 25-30 min
• In tray at 180/190°C for 30-40 min

Torta Paradiso, Viennese, Girelle, Bavaresi, Zuccotti, Mimosa, Zuppa Inglese.
