CUORE DI CIOCCOLATO

Chocolate-based dough, packaged in a piping bag and frozen, to prepare chocolate soufflé with a dark heart.

• Simple and ready in a few steps
• With 20% of dark chocolate
• Customisable in shape, in weight and/or applications
• Can be prepared in advance

METHOD OF USE

Fresh Preparation
Oven: 80g 180°C x 10-11 min. – 40g. 180°C x 7 min.

Preparation for many days
Oven: 80g 180°C x 9 min. – 40g. 180°C x 5 min.
Freeze the product immediately after it comes out of the oven.
Microwave Oven : 80g: 90 sec. 300W – 40g: 40 sec. a 350W

The cream, once defrosted, can be used.
Defrost it in the fridge for 6 hours.
